WCAP Works and WCAP Partners are operated by WCAP Detailing Inc., based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

These terms govern use of this website. A proposal, statement of work, invoice, or other written agreement controls for that project if it conflicts with these terms.

You may use this website to learn about WCAP Works and to make an inquiry. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Information on this website is general business information, not professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

If you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to contact us about that business.

Submitting a form authorizes us to email you about that inquiry. If you include a phone number, you also authorize us to call you about that inquiry. We do not send marketing texts from website forms.

Public starting prices are starting amounts for the described scope, before applicable tax, unless a written agreement says otherwise.

They are not a quote, retainer, or promise of availability. Final scope, timing, and price are confirmed in writing after review.

The content, design, branding, and materials on this website belong to WCAP Works or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may view the site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, resell, or reuse substantial parts of it without written permission.

WCAP Works does not guarantee leads, bookings, sales, rankings, ad performance, revenue, platform approval, or uninterrupted availability.

Results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, market, budget, responsiveness, competition, and third-party platforms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for reviewing and approving work before it is published, and for complying with laws that apply to your business and marketing.

You remain responsible for accounts, domains, hosting, ads, and tools in your name unless a written agreement says otherwise. Ad spend and third-party charges are separate from WCAP Works fees unless a proposal includes them.

Project scope, timing, access, approvals, and pricing are defined in the relevant written agreement.

Third-party platforms can change, fail, suspend access, or adjust pricing outside our control. WCAP Works is not responsible for those platforms.

We may use AI-assisted tools to draft, organize, analyze, code, or improve work. We review deliverables before they are sent to you.

You remain responsible for reviewing final claims, offers, pricing, and published content before it goes live.

Invoices are due according to the invoice or agreement. Late or unpaid invoices may pause work, launch, access, reporting, or support until the account is current.

Pausing work does not remove amounts already owed.

This website and related services are provided as available. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WCAP Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profit, revenue, data, or business, arising from this website, third-party platforms, or our services.

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid WCAP Works for the specific work giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars if no such amount was paid.

You will indemnify WCAP Works against claims, losses, and costs arising from content you provide, accounts you control, or your misuse of this website or our services, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

We may update these terms. The current version is posted on this page with the updated date.

If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Courts in Nova Scotia have exclusive jurisdiction unless a project agreement says otherwise.
